Privacy Policy
GstaikDesigns
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit gstaikdesigns.com, why it is collected and what choices you have. In summary: this website has no user accounts or data-collection forms, and the only tracking is anonymous visitor statistics from Google Analytics.
Section 1: Who We Are
This website is operated by GstaikDesigns ("we", "us", "our"), which acts as the data controller for the information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@gstaikdesigns.com.
Section 2: Information We Collect
We do not ask you to provide personal information on this website. There are no sign-ups, user accounts or data-collection forms, and payments are not processed on this website. The following information is collected automatically:
- Visitor statistics (Google Analytics). The pages you view, how long you stay, how you arrived at the website, your approximate location (country or city), and your device, browser and screen size. Google Analytics does not share your full IP address with us.
- Hosting logs (Vercel). Our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser, in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
Section 3: Information Stored on Your Device
The contents of your cart on the Library page, and packs you have unlocked on the Links page, are saved in your own browser (local storage) so that they remain available when you return. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Our email form on the Links page opens your own email application with a message pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.
Section 4: How We Use Information
We use the information described above only to understand how visitors use the website, to improve it, and to keep it running securely. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or combine it with other information to identify you.
Section 5: Legal Basis for Processing
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used and keeping it secure.
Section 6: Third-Party Processors
- Google (Google Analytics): Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- Vercel (website hosting): Vercel Privacy Policy (https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy).
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Section 7: Purchases and Third-Party Websites
Purchases and orders take place on third-party platforms: Payhip, Etsy, Gumroad and Fiverr. The information you provide when purchasing, such as your name, email address and payment details, is collected and processed by those platforms under their own privacy policies. This website also links to Behance, Dribbble, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, whose own privacy policies apply once you visit them.
Section 8: Data Retention
Google Analytics statistics are retained for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Analytics cookies remain in your browser for up to two years unless you delete them. Hosting logs are retained only for a short period.
Section 9: Your Choices
- On the Library page, a cookie notice lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics does not store cookies on your device. Your choice is remembered in your browser; clear your site data to see the notice again.
- You can install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, or use a privacy extension or content blocker.
The website functions in the same way whether or not you opt out.
Section 10: Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because our visitor statistics are anonymous, we usually cannot link them to you personally, but you may contact us with any request and we will respond.
Section 11: Children
This website is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Section 12: Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its "Last updated" date.
Section 13: Contact Information
Questions about this Privacy Policy should be sent to us at support@gstaikdesigns.com.
